It’s officially National Yoga Month! Which makes the pill that it’s already September a little bit easier to swallow.
I’m already in year 2 of a daily handstand challenge, and we’re coming in on the home stretch of the #liveharmlessffy 30 day challenge with Harmless Harvest at Flex & Flow. So what more can I do to celebrate?
We’re hosting a fun, unofficial daily yoga challenge with the Sweat Pink community. Each team member has chosen a pose and will feature 5 different variations of that pose daily. Variations, modifications, props, locations, with buddies… It’s going to be a great way to celebrate National Yoga Month, see how many ways one pose can be adjusted, and is just the latest excuse to #stopdropandyoga anywhere and everywhere. Jamie is rocking out all kinds of side planks this week on Fit Approach’s Instagram to kick the month off!
Our community at Flex & Flow is seriously THE BEST! To celebrate it, every day we’ll be featuring one of our awesome community members on Instagram. Rocking out poses, kicking butt running uphill, busting out extra burpees, making an excellent latte at our post-class coffee date… There are so many reasons why our tribe is amazing, and it’s going to be great to remember why each and every day.
