Yay it’s Monday! I’m actually really excited about Monday this week. It’s going to be busy and productive and oh-so-much fun!
This week we’re talking all things rolling with Sweat Pink and Trigger Point! Like Jamie King Fit, I don’t foam roll nearly enough, even though it’s a part of my prescribed physical therapy and self care regimen. So I’m definitely looking forward to all of the rolling encouragement and inspiration this week!
For day 1 of #howIroll, the theme is all about motivation. What’s getting me out of bed this morning? Other than a pretty big to-do list, it’s all about the coffee for me first thing this morning! We all know Monday mornings can be a little rough at times. Liquid caffeine is a much-needed jolt to get me moving!

Deepening my backbends are a focus of mine right now. I’m trying to recover a lot of flexibility I lost while injured in January. Feet to head in scorpion, wheel, forearms down in wheel, overhead binding in pigeon… Any and all backbends and heart-opening are totally my jam right now!
