It’s official! Spring has sprung in Portland! Flowers are blooming and I’ve skied 50-degree days to prove it… Though that last one was in Utah and Colorado. Don’t get me started on the fact that it dumped snow in all 4 ski areas I’ve been to this year after I left. (read: tone is bitter)
One of my favorite things about spring is the weather. Some rain showers, chilly nights and warmer days, the emergence of sandals and tanks after months of boots and jacket layers, the warm sunshine with the cool breeze… So many things to love about this time of year! However, sometimes that makes it rather hard to dress for the day. Enter one of the great loves of my life: TBP (aka tight black pants, aka yoga pants). We’ve already discussed why whoever invented them and whoever brought them into style should both be sainted. So I want to feature a new pair I’ve found: prAna‘s Ashley Legging Pant. They’re everything a pair of TBP should be: comfortable, supportive, and versatile.
But seriously though… I can rock these pants while practicing or teaching, and also toss boots on over them and be ready for the day. Layer a tank, light cardi, and anorak on top and I’m ready for anything spring in Portland might throw at me! I love pairing them with my Petit Crop Top from prAna! I’m always ready for #stopdropandyoga then!
