I’ve found the perfect morning rise-and-shine combination: yoga and coffee! I know this isn’t revolutionary, and I’m not saying I drink coffee while doing yoga (nor do I recommend doing so). But my Tuesday mornings perfectly start my day!
I teach 7:30am Power Vinyasa at Flex & Flow for starters. I love starting my day with this amazing group of sweaty hooligans! We all end up getting this crazy rush of silly energy that leaves us in fits of giggles that leads to a sweaty, fun, and hardcore flow!
Then Jamie, Nicci, Jessica, and I walk over to Locale for our weekly Sweat Pink team video conference. I love getting to see Becky and Alyse‘s beautiful faces from across the country while enjoying some of the best coffee in the city! (Not to mention the amazing granola they have! Seriously so delicious!) Usually we’ll stay after our call ends and GSD all the work things!
So that’s the secret to getting going to get after it in the morning. Yoga and coffee. And some giggles with friends definitely helps me greet the day with a smile too!
